London Asian outfit Trickbaby brought out this single a while back which quotes from Ina Mina Dika - it was the first hindi-language record to make it onto a BBC Radio One playlist.
Now they're off flirting with Bollywood producers.

Asha Bhosle's producer made her go and see Rock Around the Clock in 1957 to get buzzed up for recording this, but who could tell? There seems to me to be a lot of Chaplin and a lot of Glenn Miller (on aceed, natch) going down here, but it's basically just crazy crazy craziness. Michael Jackson also seems to have studied this in depth.
Oh, and YouTube wants you to be 18 to see it. A disclaimer I suppose, in case the top of your head blows off.
